       A series of book covers and book jackets for Fr. Francis Finn’s Famous Three, Tom Playfair: Or Making a Start, Percy Wynn: Or Making a Boy of Him, and Harry Dee: Or Working it Out.

The books were written in the late 1800s and tell the stories of three different young boys attending a Catholic boarding school. The books deal with coming-of-age topics such as boyhood, growing up, religion, and finding ones place in the world.
